The Radcliffe Residency

The Radcliffe Residency is an annual residency that provides under-represented artists with a budget of £5,000 to develop artwork based on an annual theme decided by the panel of judges.

Residency award:
£5000 stipend and exhibition

Runner up awards:
2nd Place: £1000 to develop project
3rd Place: £500 to develop project

During the Residency, the artist will also be offered portfolio reviews, advice from leading industry professionals as well a solo exhibition at a not-for-profit gallery space. The printing, mounting and installation of works is paid for by the Society and does not affect the £5,000 awarded to the artist.

As part of the Residency, the artist will provide workshops in their chosen artistic medium to local schools, universities. community groups and residents.
